- Glass bottles transferred from the proceeding bottle table(6-15 lanes) to the palletizer(6 lanes as standard,depend on capacity) are sortedcompactly via the friction device on both sides
- The well arranged bottles are conveyed to the layer -forming platform. Blocking device stop the later bottles from entering
- The bottle layer is transferred to gripping platform
- With the help of the rolling belt driven by the synchronized servo motor, the bottle layer moves into the robot palletizing clamper
- The palletizing clamper moves to the pallet position,puts the whole layer on the pallet sent from pallet conveyor
- An intermediate layer is put on top of the bottle layer
- The above steps are repeated until top frame is laid on the whole stack
- The bottle stacks are then packed separately in the horizontal and vertical strapping machines to be taken away by the folklift for the next process
