XP Series Single-end Bottle Washer

Machine Features:

Single-end design with bottle infeed and discharge from the same end, minimizing the risk of bottle contamination
Main drive with frequency convertor
Heating balance design with low steam consumption
Pre-soaking section, multiple caustic sections and multiple label remove to guarantee for high cleaning rate. With enough soaking in caustic baths, hot water, warm water and fresh water multiple spraying
Blowing fan at the end of the machine to blow caustic carryover into tank to reduce caustic consumption, thus keep caustic concentration in a balance condition. Incline bottle carriers in the front part of the washer to drain out the water residual out of the bottles. Blowing fans on sidewall to minimize the water residue of the cleaned bottles
Unique groove profile track to make sure the spraying nozzle centering to each bottle pocket, thus fully clean the bottles
High-strength and durable steel bottle pockets. plastic bottle pockets are optional
Extra filter for inlet of label - removing box in caustic tank I to prevent spray nozzles clogging. Newly designed guide strap to support label - removing belt in caustic section I for better circulation. Air blower and brush at the exit of label-removing belt of caustic section I for efficient label removal
Automatic control and easy operation with PLC and HMI, HMI shows machine running status and fault alarms
Multi-function overload protection, auto stop at fault and fault detection when such occur:
- Temperature set point not reached
- Main drive overload
- Fresh water pressure lower than set point
- Water pump malfunction or pressure low
Rotating arm bottle infeed with sync transmission chain, stable running, stronger and longer life time. Catch-and-push design bottl discharge with advanced reliable mechanism. Auto-returndevice for both infeed and discharge drive.
Auto level control for each section.Temperatures in caustic I, caustic II, hot water baths, and of preheat spraying, caustic III, hot an warm water spraying are collected by temperature module, PID calculation is done via PLC, The analog output modules control and display temperatures
Synchronized inner spraying system, Polished stainless steel for all the spraying pipes
Online caustic concentration measuring device, Automatic caustic auto dosing system is optional
