JMP-250A Bottle Palletizer Robot
The Bottle Palletizer Robot is for palletizing bulk round glass bottles (both new and returnable bottles) onto the multilayer pallets according to standard layer formats. This equipment is widely used for beer, beverage and condiment packaging lines (round glass bottle).

The robot design boasts high efficiency, stable operation, low noise and wide application (flexible design for various types and equipment layouts).

Specifications:
  • For glass bottling line - 40,000 BPH 
  • Capacity - 190 layers per hour
  • Max. Pallet dimensions - 1100mm×1100mm×150mm(for plastic or wooden pallets)
  • Max. Block Height - 2400mm (including pallet,7-9 layers of cartons)
  • Applicable Bottles - Round glass bottle (diameter: φ5880mm, height; 200300mm)

Working Principle
  • Glass bottles transferred from the proceeding bottle table(6-15 lanes) to the palletizer(6 lanes as standard,depend on capacity) are sortedcompactly via the friction device on both sides
  • The well arranged bottles are conveyed to the layer -forming platform. Blocking device stop the later bottles from entering
  • The bottle layer is transferred to gripping platform
  • With the help of the rolling belt driven by the synchronized servo motor, the bottle layer moves into the robot palletizing clamper
  • The palletizing clamper moves to the pallet position,puts the whole layer on the pallet sent from pallet conveyor
  • An intermediate layer is put on top of the bottle layer
  • The above steps are repeated until top frame is laid on the whole stack
  • The bottle stacks are then packed separately in the horizontal and vertical strapping machines to be taken away by the folklift for the next process
