The Robotic Carton Depalletizer is one special equipment to unload the returnable cartons (with returnable bottles inside) from standard multilayer pallets and discharge onto the carton packaging line. It’s widely used for beer, beverage, condiment bottling line. The robot boasts high efficiency, stable operation, low noise and wide application (flexible design for variable specifications and equipment layouts).

Working Principle
A pallet of layers of cartons (recycling cartons and bottles) is forklifted onto pallet conveyor signaling position to the carton depalletizer robot with a rectangular clamper (12 twin cylinders). Top layer of cartons is clamped onto carton divider, then via 4 rubber roller speed differentiators, cartons move onto 2 different speed carton conveyors and scatter onto carton turner. Cartons turn into one single direction and move to carton cutting line. The steps repeat for the rest of the pallet.Empty pallet moves to pallet warehouse and get forklifted in bulk.
