- Heating systemheating by means of ascending pipe steam. Steam pass through the heat coil while the caustic solution going through the external pipe for efficient heat exchange, making the best of energy sources
- The machine includes pre-heating spraying, caustic soaking and hot water soaking sections. Bottles go through sufficient caustic and hot water soaking, then multiple hot caustic, hot water, warm water and fresh water spraying to guarantee bottle cleaning.

- The temperature value of the hot water and hot caustic in the abovementioned baths can be set and PID parameters can be modified on the operation panel to achieve precise control
