Standout Marketing Sdn Bhd is a trusted name in the food processing industry, supplying quality products to both local and international markets. The company’s production facility operates under stringent hygiene and safety requirements to meet food industry regulations. Over time, the factory floor began to show cracks and wear and tear, posing risks of contamination and increasing cleaning demands. To address these issues, Polymer Malaysia was engaged to design and install a flooring solution that would enhance hygiene and durability throughout the facility.

For this project, a seamless, food-grade epoxy flooring system was chosen for its superior durability, and ease of maintenance. The system also included a high-gloss topcoat to enhance light reflection, improving overall visibility in the workspace. The installation was completed in just 4 days with minimal disruption to production, resulting in a smooth, hygienic, and visually organised floor surface that meets the facility’s operational needs and food safety standards.
