To address these issues, Polymer Malaysia was engaged to design and install a flooring solution that would enhance hygiene and durability throughout the facility.

POLYGARD® PSL 6020 | 6mm Self-Levelling Hybrid Polyurethane- Smooth Finish
For this project, a seamless, food-grade epoxy flooring system was chosen for its superior durability, and ease of maintenance. The system also included a high-gloss topcoat to enhance light reflection, improving overall visibility in the workspace. The installation was completed in just 4 days with minimal disruption to production, resulting in a smooth, hygienic, and visually organised floor surface that meets the facility’s operational needs and food safety standards.
