SDS Top Baker is a well-recognised brand in the food processing industry, supplying baked products to retail chains and commercial partners across Malaysia. A seamless, food-grade epoxy flooring system was selected to provide a durable, hygienic, and easy-to-clean surface for SDS Top Baker’s production operations. The team began by repairing cracks and addressing worn areas to restore the substrate, followed by the application of a high-build epoxy coating designed to withstand constant foot traffic, trolley movement, and daily washdowns. Instead of an anti-slip texture, the client opted for a smooth finished floor to achieve a cleaner, sleeker look and to simplify routine cleaning. The installation was completed within 3 days with minimal disruption to production activities, resulting in a strong, long-lasting, and hygienic flooring surface that fully supports SDS Top Baker’s food safety and operational needs.
