Responsibilities	This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales & Application Engineer at Aims Motion Penang, located in Batu Maung. As a Sales & Application Engineer, you plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical engineering and sales. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, providing product demonstrations and presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Scope Promote automation industrial products (Servo Motor, Drive, Controller, Profile, Etc) with integrated bundle solution to existing customer and explore opportunities with new customers. Provide basic commercial & technical service for customers, also the sales & product enquires. Maximazing the "face to face" with the customer and support product and brand integrity requirement at customer locations. Meet or exceed individual sales plan. General and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and accurate communication with potential customers.
