职业说明	This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales & Application Engineer at Aims Motion Penang, located in Batu Maung. As a Sales & Application Engineer, you plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical engineering and sales. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, providing product demonstrations and presentations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Scope Promote automation industrial products (Servo Motor, Drive, Controller, Profile, Etc) with integrated bundle solution to existing customer and explore opportunities with new customers. Provide basic commercial & technical service for customers, also the sales & product enquires. Maximazing the "face to face" with the customer and support product and brand integrity requirement at customer locations. Meet or exceed individual sales plan. General and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and accurate communication with potential customers.

技能要求	Qualification Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronic Requirement Fresh graduate with or without experience are welcome Experience in Motion control products(Servo, Robotics, Actuators, Linear Track, etc) will be advantages Must possess own transport and willing to provide sales coverage on Nortern Region Good interpersonal & strong communication skills Willing to learn new products knowledge Enjoy working independently as well as delivering result collaboratively as team
