Step 1 : Provide the room dimensions to receive an estimated price for carpet installation.
Step 2 : Confirm your choice of carpet material, color, and texture.
Step 3 : Pay a 10% deposit or a minimum of RM200 per order. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable after the site visit.
Step 4 : Our team will schedule a site visit to take precise measurements and assess the condition of the subfloor.
Step 5 : Settle the remaining balance for the installation service.
Step 6 : Once the carpet is ready, we will arrange the installation service.
Please note: The entire process may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

- Delivery and installation services are only available within Klang Valley.
- Pre-order carpet materials may take up to 3 weeks.
- Service is not available in East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak).
- The price does not include the removal of existing carpets or floor coverings.
- The price does not include additional work such as subfloor repairs or floor leveling.
- If installation cannot be completed as scheduled, an RM150 fee will apply for the next visit.
- For appointment cancellations, please inform us at least 3 days in advance, or a RM150 fee will apply.
- If the site is not ready for installation, a RM50 transportation fee will be charged for a second visit. Common reasons for needing a second visit include:
- Unfinished subfloor repairs
- Defective surfaces or floor structure
- Presence of moisture or dampness
- Unremoved existing carpet or floor covering
