Step 1 : Provide the window or wall dimensions to get an estimated price for curtain installation.
Step 2 : Confirm your choice of curtain material, design, and color.
Step 3 : Pay a 10% deposit or a minimum of RM200 per order. The deposit is non-refundable after the site visit.
Step 4 : Our team will schedule a site visit to take accurate measurements and assess the installation area.
Step 5 : Make the remaining payment for the order.
Step 6 : Once the curtains are ready, we will arrange the installation service.
Please note: The entire process may take 2-3 weeks to complete.

- Delivery and installation services are only available within Klang Valley.
- Custom or pre-order curtains may take up to 3 weeks.
- Service is not available in East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak).
- The price does not include removal of existing curtains or rods.
- Additional charges apply for curtain rods, tracks, or other accessories if not included in the package.
- If installation cannot be completed as scheduled, an RM150 fee will apply for the next trip.
- For appointment cancellations, please notify us at least 3 days in advance, or a RM150 fee will be charged.
- If the site is not ready for installation, a RM50 transportation fee will be charged for the second visit. Common reasons for needing a second visit include:
- Incomplete or incorrect curtain rod installation
- Structural issues around the window frame
- Unremoved existing curtains
