Proton S70 orders explode: Cumulatively received over 5,000 bookings, with some models having a waiting period of up to 3 months

According to recent information circulating on social media, the waiting period for this model is currently around 1 to 3 months. This represents an extension of two months compared to the initial factory announcement of a 1-month waiting period. This further indicates that the current sales performance of this car is quite commendable.



Furthermore, the original factory has already received over 5,000 new orders for the Proton S70. Among them, the best-selling model is the second-highest configuration, the Flagship variant. Additionally, the most popular car paint color is the deep blue shade called Marine Blue. Therefore, it is believed that if you are currently choosing the Flagship model with the Marine Blue paint, you may have to wait for a period of 3 months before obtaining the new car.



Finally, with the surge in orders for the S70, it is believed that the original factory will likely increase the production capacity of this model to cope with the upcoming new car orders. It is not expected to experience a waiting period as long as the 12 months seen when the X50 was initially released.
