The Toyota Hilux GR Sport comes in two different configurations. In Malaysia, the sporty pick-up truck is available with a milder, less outwardly aggressive form, while in Australia, it is available with a widebody package that gives it a much more threatening appearance.
The Fortuner GR Sport, the Hilux sister SUV, only receives a single appearance without a widebody kit, but what if it did? That's precisely what Theophilus Chin's renderings of a widebody Fortuner GR Sport suggest. Enjoy it?
The wider Hilux GR Sport served as the model for this modification, which includes installing a larger grille with the Toyota script and replacing the bumper with a more rugged-looking one that features strong creases around the fog lamps, a sturdy skid plate, and an underguard.
Wheel arch extensions are used to create the now-red, broader body, with the front ones being attached to the bumper. The digital makeover also includes more noticeable mud shields, and the finished result has larger tires mounted on wheels suitable for off-roading.
