Contribute to quality control processes by inspecting products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Aid in tracking inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed. Learn and operate production machinery and tools under proper guidance and training. Help maintain a clean and organized production area, following safety and cleanliness protocols. Support the documentation of production processes, including recording observations and outcomes. Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field).
