As a Production Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting the production process, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely execution of projects. Collaborate with production managers, supervisors, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. Participate in the preparation and setup of production equipment and materials. Contribute to quality control processes by inspecting products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Aid in tracking inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed. Learn and operate production machinery and tools under proper guidance and training. Help maintain a clean and organized production area, following safety and cleanliness protocols. Support the documentation of production processes, including recording observations and outcomes. Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel. Contribute to team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and potential improvements. Embrace opportunities to learn about different aspects of production management. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field). Strong interest in production processes, manufacturing, and operations. Basic understanding of production principles and workflows (experience is a plus but not required). Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with productivity software. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic production environments.
