| 职业说明 | 1. Payroll Management Handle monthly payroll calculation and salary processing Manage overtime, claims, EPF, SOCSO, EIS submission Ensure salary is accurate and on time 2. Recruitment & Hiring Handle job postings and candidate screening Arrange interviews and onboarding of new staff Coordinate hiring for workshop positions (mechanic, supervisor, admin, etc.) 3. Staff Attendance & Discipline Monitoring Monitor daily attendance, lateness, and absenteeism Maintain attendance records and reports Support disciplinary actions when necessary 4. Training & Development Plan and conduct basic staff training (SOP, customer service, workshop discipline) Assist in improving staff performance and productivity 5. SOP Implementation Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Ensure staff follow company rules and workflow system Assist management in improving operational efficiency |
