The RCMB/RCM routers have a right hand, up draft design with a diamond-cut geometry. It offers good surface finish due to its up draft swarf evacuation. It is suitable for CNC routing machines with vacuum extraction.

RHM series, down draft type:
The RHM router has a left hand, down draft design with a diamond cut geometry. It reduces surface burrs on the boards because of down cut geometry. It is suitable for manual routing machines.

SC series Chip-breaker flute router

The SC router has a right hand, up draft design with a chip-breaker geometry that chops the swarf into smaller parts and helps to reduce the radial load on the spiral flute.
It is suitable for peripheral contour routing. And this series have a beneficial effect on burr reduction.
SCMB/SCM series Chip-breaker flute router

The SCMB/SCM routers are suitable for general routing and slitting. It also has higher ability to resist breakage and good dimensional stability.
RLE series Chip-breaker flute router
SIZE:ø1.0-2.0mm *Some models are made to order.
The RLE router has improved design for good swarf evacuation, and it is made from anti-wear material. This router keeps good accuracy in long routing distance. This router shows best performance in contour routing.

The RPU router is a ULF-coated version of RP series and the coating excels in self-lubricating performance. This series have a beneficial effect on burr reduction, because ULF coating can prevent deposition during routing nonferrous metals such as aluminum and copper.

RPEM series UP draft 2-flute slitting and cavity router

Right-hand helix 2-flute type with flat end cutting edges.

SF series DP type single-flute router
