- Mix resin, hardener, and filler components.
- Apply using a trowel or screed to desired thickness (typically 6–9 mm).
- Roll with spike roller to remove trapped air.
- Broadcast anti-slip aggregates if required.
- Allow light foot traffic after ~24 hours.
- Wait 3–5 days before full chemical exposure.
- Daily Cleaning: Hot water or steam cleaning with neutral detergents.
- Periodic Deep Cleaning: Use alkaline/acidic cleaners as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Repair: Small chips or cracks can be patched with PU mortar repair kits.
