The eagerly awaited sixth generation Honda CR-V has now officially debuted in Malaysia. The all-new CR-V is currently available in three different models, with pricing starting at RM159,900 (OTR, without insurance).
- Honda CR-V 1.5 S – RM159,900
- Honda CR-V 1.5 E – RM169,900
- Honda CR-V 1.5 V AWD – RM181,900
The 2.0L e:HEV RS hybrid variant may be asking where it is. According to Honda Malaysia, Malaysia will receive it eventually.

In Malaysia, LED headlights and LED taillights are standard equipment on the 2023 Honda CR-V. The 1.5 V and 1.5 E AWD versions have larger 18-inch alloy wheels, while the entry-level 1.5 S type has 17-inch alloys. A new color option, Canyon River Blue Metallic, has also been added by Honda to the all-new CR-V lineup.

With a CVT gearbox, the well-known 1.5-liter VTEC turbo engine from the previous generation of Honda CR-V powers the 2023 Honda CR-V 1.5 S, E, AND V AWD models in Malaysia.
As an alternative, the forthcoming e-HEV RS hybrid is equipped with a 2.0-liter normally aspirated Atkinson-cycle 4-cylinder engine that primarily serves as a generator and is driven by the brand's Intelligent Multi-Mode Drive (i-MMD) mild hybrid system.

All 2023 Honda CR-V models built to Malaysian specifications come with leather seats inside, with the exception of the 1.5 S base model. Along with a 7-inch infotainment head unit, the 1.5 S model also comes with a 7-inch TFT instrument display as standard. The larger 9-inch infotainment head unit is the feature of the higher models.
