Production Procedures
- Bottles are accumulated and unscrambled at the machine inlet
- Bottles are clamped in array formation and to be inserted into carton boxes
- The bottom of individual carton box is sealed before entering the packing location
- Cartons boxes are transferred to the packing location and bottles are inserted
- Fully sealed carton boxes leave the packing location and complete the packing process
- The bottle clamping modules are specially designed to handle various bottle dimensions and shapes
- This ensures the bottles to be firmly and perfectly clamped by the clamping module
