Production Procedures

• Bottles are accumulated and unscrambled at the machine inlet
• Bottles are clamped in array formation and to be inserted into carton boxes
• The bottom of individual carton box is sealed before entering the packing location
• Cartons boxes are transferred to the packing location and bottles are inserted
• Fully sealed carton boxes leave the packing location and complete the packing process
• The bottle clamping modules are specially designed to handle various bottle dimensions and shapes
• This ensures the bottles to be firmly and perfectly clamped by the clamping module
