| 职业说明 | - Monitor pending orders proactively and follow up without needing reminders. - Manage the full sales order process independently, from order taking to invoicing. - Identify and resolve common order-related issues (e.g., stock availability, pricing discrepancies, delivery timing). - Coordinate effectively with the warehouse and outbound teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. - Accurately input and update customer orders in the system. - Develop a basic understanding of product knowledge and customer profiles to support sales activities. - Respond promptly to simple customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email. |
