| Keperluan | * Bachelor¡¯s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing * Experience in retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and advertising platforms * Experience managing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels * Familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools is an advantage * Good understanding of branding, content marketing, and customer engagement strategies * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Able to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights * Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve marketing KPIs and business objectives * Creative, proactive, and highly organized * Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong time management and attention to detail * Independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure |
