Hi all, this is PS Gan, the co-founder of Knight World Realty and Renco Group. I’ve been engaging in real estate sector for 16 years now, focusing primarily on industrial land and factory.
“Connection” or “Relationship” – The most important element that I realized from my career journey in real estate sector. Having said that, I cherish my clientele who have demonstrated relentless support to me over the years, with many of them that have now become my friends. Though some clients have passed on, we continue to serve their next generations, hence acting as the most trusted and capable real estate advisor to them.
With more than 1,000 deals or cases clinched throughout many years of hard work, I am still very much enjoying the process of selling properties. Besides, not only endeavouring to achieve my own sales target, but I am also leading a large team in meeting the mutual business goals. Furthermore, I love my team as I persistently commit myself in creating a better world of work and a people-centric working culture or environment to the team.
