Hi, my name is Desmond Gan. I am an agent fully focusing on sub sales: Commercial and Industrial properties since 2010.
For the past 15 years, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in selling & renting properties. My speciality is in helping my clients to resolve issues pertaining to properties that are difficult to rent or sell. Over the years, I have built a reputation for resolving difficult cases. To date, I have concluded more than 1400 transactions in Puchong itself.
In acknowledgement of my achievements, I have been awarded as 100 Most influential Young Entrepreneur in 2019 and Outstanding Agent (Commercial) under 30 years old category in year 2018 by Iproperty.com.
I am also the Top Ten Agent for Full Homes Group, for 5 years running, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
In 2017, I am honored to be appointed as FHG Group Director.
