Tanggungjawab	• Identify potential clients and leads through research, networking, and cold-calling. • Propose sales plan for promotions to drive sales target. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Propose sales plan for promotions to drive sales target. • Developing the annual Sales & Marketing plan and ensuring the delivery in order. • Generate regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and other relevant metrics and submit to the manager. • Present findings and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making. • Meet monthly sales targets effectively. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, potential markets, and customer preferences. • Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
