Mark work zones and isolate traffic
Grind or blast concrete to remove laitance, old coatings, oil, etc.
Repair cracks or holes with epoxy mortar

5.2 Material Handling and Mixing

Allow full cure before handing over: 5–7 days typical.
Clean floors with pH-neutral cleaners only.
Avoid dragging sharp objects or dragging heavy pallets.
Recoat timeline: within recoat window (as per TDS) or surface sanding will be needed.
