Road Marking Material Manufacturing

Recognising the critical role of material quality in road safety, we have expanded our services to include manufacturing our own road marking material under the Evo-line brand. Our Evo-line thermoplastic road marking material comes in two specifications:

• Suitable for standard applications
• Available in standard white and yellow
• Available in special colours including blue, green, and red

• All-Weather Thermoplastic (AWT)
• Maximises both dry and wet reflectivity
• Available in standard white and yellow
• Available in special colours including blue, green, and red

Manufactured to conform various specifications such as BS3262, EN1871 and various countries specification.

• Typically applied in 1.5 to 3.2mm with single or double drop glass bead application.
• User friendly formulation for fast Special design formulations to melting.
• Excellent performance in a wide range of application conditions.
• Applied by conventional extrusion, screed, or spray.

• Formulated to meet EN1436 (European Standards for Road Markings)
• Fully conforming to all weather performance designed for use on all national roads and expressways.
• Special design formulations to provide good night/wet visibility performance.
• Typically applied in 2.8 to 3.2mm with double drop glass beads application.
