Residual Spray
Residual spray is a pivotal part of our cockroach control. Specially formulated insecticides are applied to cockroach hotspots, creating a protective barrier that eliminates these pests on contact and prevents reinfestation. Termibait's professionals use safe and effective residual sprays.
Gel Baiting
Gel baiting, particularly for German and American cockroaches, mimics their food sources. Strategically placed bait lures them into consuming poison, efficiently eliminating entire cockroach colonies.
Cockroach Traps
Cockroach traps help monitor and capture these pests. Placed in high-activity areas, they're eco-friendly and aid in identification and control.
ULV Misting
For severe infestations, our ULV misting technology targets hidden cockroaches in cracks and crevices with a fine insecticide mist. It's safe, effective, and leaves no visible residue.

Adjustable Pressure Settings
Tailor the application to the needs of each tree and ant infestation. Our system offers adjustable pressure settings, allowing operators to control the force of the spray for different tree sizes and ant concentrations with a maximum of 15 feet distance from the nozzle.

Oil-based Flushing
Oil-based Flushing treatment is a highly effective method implemented for targeting cockroaches. It involves the application of insecticides in the form of fine aerosol form, which covers and persists in the hard-to-reach areas where cockroaches breed and rest, effectively eliminating them.
PRE-Treatment Preparation
The premise must be left vacant minimum of 2 hours before re-entering. Ensure all consumable goods are in sealed containers. Cabinets’ drawers and cupboards should be left open to assist chemical penetration; locked areas will benefit less from treatment. Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off and well-covered before the arrival of our technicians. Ensure all air-conditioner units are switched off. Ensure all kitchen/bar utensils, glasses, etc., are rinsed with water the next day before business operation starts. Ensure good air ventilation after each treatment (open all doors, windows, and air-conditioner units). Cover fish tanks, raw materials, and other food-related products with plastic sheets before ULV Misting. Ensure no one else is in the buildings before ULV Misting starts. Allow Termibait technicians to enter all rooms for treatment.The Oil-based Flushing Treatment Steps:
The blanket spraying will be conducted on all surface areas before conducting the Flushing Treatment.Point the Flushing machine nozzle to the targeted area:
- Cracks and crevices
- Below the Food preparation area.
- Existing gap at the workstation.
- Electrical sockets and appliances.
- Other cockroach breeding and harbourage.
ULV Misting
ULV (Ultra Low Volume) Misting treatment is a highly effective method implemented for controlling crawling insects, especially cockroaches. It involves the application of insecticides in the form of fine mist, which covers and persists in the hard-to-reach areas where cockroaches breed and rest, effectively eliminating them.
The ULV Misting Treatment Steps:
The blanket spraying will be conducted on all surface areas before conducting ULV MISTING.Point the ULV machine nozzle to the targeted area:
- Cracks and crevices
- Below the Food preparation area.
- Existing gap at the workstation.
- Electrical sockets and appliances.
- Other cockroach breeding and harbourage.
Smoke Tin Fumigants (ARS Red)
ARS Red is a powerful, odourless fumigant that eliminates cockroaches and flying insects effectively without staining or contamination.

Preparation (Pre-treatment)
- Close windows, doors, and openings to contain fumigant.
- Deactivate fire alarms and remove pets and plants temporarily.
- Open cabinets and drawers; optionally seal areas with plastic.
- Blanket spray all floor surfaces before fumigation.
Treatment
- Place can centrally (not under alarms), add water, seal lid, and evacuate site. Chemical activates in 1-2 mins.
- Ensure no one re-enters until treatment is complete.
Post-treatment
- Re-enter site after 2-3 hours with proper PPE.
- Ventilate for 1 hour or until odour fades.
- Remove covers, lightly rinse area, return pets/plants, dispose cans safely.
- Sweep dead pests and conduct post-treatment inspection.
