But few can build a design direction, coach a team, improve systems, support sales, understand site reality, and turn design into a scalable business advantage. Lead the Design Direction Define Easyreno¡¯s overall design direction, design language, material direction, colour strategy, and package presentation standard. Develop signature condo renovation package concepts for different client profiles, budgets, and property types. Review key floor plans, moodboards, 3D concepts, material selections, lighting concepts, and presentation quality. Ensure every design is attractive, practical, buildable, cost-conscious, and aligned with Easyreno¡¯s brand positioning. Lead design reviews for key projects, premium clients, and new package launches. 2. Build and Coach the Design Team Lead, mentor, and upgrade the interior design team. Coach designers in space planning, design logic, client presentation, technical detailing, quotation awareness, and site practicality. Develop internal design standards, templates, checklists, review systems, and quality-control processes. Build a disciplined design culture based on ownership, accountability, communication, and continuous improvement. Support recruitment, onboarding, performance review, and talent development for the design department. 3. Strengthen Design Systems and Package Innovation Improve Easyreno¡¯s design SOP, material library, drawing standards, presentation templates, and package structure. Research new materials, lifestyle trends, storage solutions, lighting ideas, and AI design tools. Standardize proven design solutions to reduce rework, improve efficiency, and support business scalability. 4. Improve Buildability and Cost Awareness Ensure design output is practical for real renovation execution. Guide the team to consider site constraints, condo rules, M&E limitations, carpentry details, material lead time, budget, and project timeline. Work closely with Operations, Site, Production, and Suppliers to reduce mistakes, unclear scope, and unnecessary variation orders. 5. Support Sales and Client Confidence Support key sales presentations, premium client meetings, package launches, and important design consultations. Help clients understand design direction, layout logic, material choices, storage planning, cost impact, and site feasibility. Improve proposal quality, presentation flow, showroom ideas, and marketing materials. Strengthen client trust, closing rate, referral potential, and Easyreno¡¯s long-term brand reputation. |

| Requirements | Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of interior design experience. Minimum 3 years in a senior designer, team lead, design manager, head of design, or similar leadership role. Strong residential interior design portfolio; condominium renovation experience is preferred. Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, design detailing, client presentation, costing, and site execution. Able to lead, coach, review, and improve a design team. Good communication skills with clients, management, designers, site team, suppliers, and operations team. Commercially aware and able to balance creativity, cost, timeline, buildability, and profitability. Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering workflow, presentation tools, and AI design tools. |
