Responsibilities	接待到店或线上顾客，了解其需求并提供合适的产品建议 Attend walk-in and online customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. 跟进顾客询问与报价，促成销售并建立长期客户关系 Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations to close sales and build long-term customer relationships. 达成个人销售目标，并为门店整体业绩作出贡献 Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall outlet performance. 协助处理基本售后问题，并与技术 / 后勤团队协调 Assist in handling basic after-sales issues and coordinate with technical or support teams when needed. 维护与更新客户资料及基本销售记录 Maintain and update customer information and basic sales records. 遵守公司销售流程、价格政策及相关内部规定 Comply with company sales procedures, pricing policies, and internal guidelines. 持续学习产品知识与市场信息，提升销售专业度 Continuously learn product knowledge and market information to improve sales professionalism.
