Golf Course

Golf Course

Originally designed by Max Wexler and later re-modeled by Ronald Fream, the golf course stretches 6,467 metres (black tees) and 6,005 metres (blue tees). Though visually stunning, the clever integration of sand and water hazards with the natural undulating terrain makes this course far more than just scenic—it is a true test of strategy and precision.

Golfers will find that every hole requires thoughtful navigation, smart club choice, and calculated manoeuvres. With its diverse and challenging layout, the course promises an experience that is both demanding and enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels.

Signature Holes

7th Hole – The Toughest Par-3

A demanding 168-metre par-3, the tee shot must carry over a large pond stretching from the approach all the way past the green.
Matured khaya trees guard the left side, punishing errant shots. Precise clubbing is essential—especially on breezy late afternoons—to land safely on the narrow elevated green that slopes from back to front.
Flanked by bunkers on both sides, this hole requires accuracy and nerve, earning its reputation as the toughest par-3 on the course.

9th Hole – A Grand Par-5 Finish

The 9th is a dog-legged par-5 measuring 543 metres and is widely regarded as the longest and most difficult hole on the course.
Matured khaya trees, a creek, fairway undulations, high-lipped bunkers, narrow approach, greenside traps, and a broad undulating putting surface combine to create a challenging and visually striking finale to the opening nine.

16th Hole – The Most Interesting Par-4

Measuring 370 metres from the blue tee, this par-4 is a standout on the back nine.
A dramatic dog-leg left that plays around a huge pond with cascading waterfall features, the hole demands both strategy and courage.
The ideal tee shot is to the right-centre of the fairway—anything left risks water. Longer hitters may attempt to cut the corner across the pond for a shorter approach.
The green, framed by sand bunkers and the scenic Tebrau River, adds both difficulty and character.
