Heat Stress Assessment

We provide heat stress assessments to help employers protect workers in hot environments and manage productivity and safety risks. Our evaluation considers workplace heat sources, work intensity, exposure duration, rest cycles, hydration practices, and PPE burden. Where applicable, we assess heat indices and conditions in the work area, then classify risk levels and determine appropriate control strategies.

Recommendations include:

• Engineering controls (spot cooling, improved ventilation, shading, insulation)
• Administrative controls (work-rest scheduling, acclimatization, job rotation)
• Wellness measures (hydration stations and response procedures).

The deliverable is a structured report with risk assessment findings, recommended controls, and practical implementation steps that strengthen HSE programs and reduce heat-related incidents.
