Design Explanation

  1. Floral can be changed to our ready floral choices from our Premium Wedding Package.

  2. All printing material designs can be changed FREE OF CHARGE.

  3. Ready props can be replaced with other ready props.

  4. Plywood backdrop wrapped with new tarpaulin design.
    Size can be adjusted (e.g. 16ft × 8ft → 12ft × 8ft).
    Not all themes are suitable for adjustment.

Tea Ceremony Package FAQ

1) Do your packages include walkway pedestal decoration & VIP main table decoration?
Our Silver Photobooth Package does not include walkway pedestal decoration or VIP main table decoration because most hotels and restaurants already provide these. If you wish to include them, you may check our Premium Photobooth Package.
2) Do your packages include stage decoration?
No, our photobooth packages do not include stage decoration. Most venues use LED panels as stage backgrounds. If you require stage decoration, we will need your stage size and design preference before quoting.
3) Where is your company located?
We are based in Melaka and Kuala Lumpur, with teams operating up to Johor Bahru. Locations outside KL, Melaka, Muar and Johor Bahru will have transportation charges:

• Below 200km: RM150–RM250
• More than 200km: RM350 and above
4) Can we customise the theme or only choose ready themes?
You may choose our ready themes for better pricing, or custom-make your own design with higher budget as new props must be purchased for custom themes.
5) Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. All prices are NETT. Only transportation fees apply if outside KL, Melaka, Muar and Johor Bahru areas.
6) If we book now for next year, can we change to the latest theme?
Yes. Two months before your wedding, you may change to any theme of the same value or top up to upgrade to a higher-value design.
7) What is the price range?
Prices vary by theme, size and complexity. Please screenshot your preferred theme and send it to us for pricing.
8) What is included in the Premium Wedding Photobooth Package?
Premium Wedding Photobooth Package — RM7988 Nett includes:

• 20ft × 10ft Backdrop (choose themes up to RM3688)
• Photo Album Table
• Registration Table
• VIP Main Table
• March-in Walkway (26 florals + 10 LED lights + carpet up to 60ft)
• Or 40ft florals + 10 LED lights + carpet up to 60ft (double sided)
• Wedding Arch
• A1 Welcome Board
• 4 Air Explode Balloons OR 3 Photo Gallery Panels
9) What if I want a more complicated design or longer walkway?
You may upgrade or downgrade the backdrop with price adjustment.

Walkway Floral Add-On:
• RM45 per ft (with floral & carpet)
• RM35 per ft (with floral only)
LED Light Add-On:
• RM100 per unit

Example:
40ft included + 20ft add-on = 20ft × RM45 = RM900
10) How does the Photo Album Table & Registration Table look?
Both tables use simple floral and frame arrangements. You provide 8 photos (softcopy), and we prepare the frames. Frames are collected back after the event; photos are yours to keep. Tables and cloth follow the venue.
11) Can we remove album/registration table decoration for discount?
No. These items do not significantly affect the cost. Most cost comes from backdrop building, printing, manpower and transportation.
12) How do we make a booking?
Choose a theme → click BOOK NOW → contact admin → receive invoice → pay 50% deposit → confirmed. We will follow up 2 months before the wedding.
13) When will installation be done?
Installation depends on venue schedule. If there is a luncheon, installation is usually after 4–4:30pm. If the hall is used until 3pm, we install after 3pm. If earlier setup is possible, we will do it earlier.
14) Can I change the flower color and backdrop design?
All printing designs can be changed for free. Flowers can only be changed to our ready floral options, subject to availability.
15) After paying deposit, what’s next?
1–2 months before your wedding, we discuss color tone and name design. Designer prepares 2D layout. After confirmation, we arrange printing and coordinate setup time with venue.
16) What is your full client-handling procedure?
