Eco Business Park VII Gains Early Buyers, Strengthens China Partnerships

Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) has secured early buyers for its newly launched Eco Business Park VII (EBP7) in Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0), with Techbond Group Bhd and I Jaya Management Sdn Bhd signing SPAs for initial industrial parcels.

EcoWorld also formalised a memorandum of understanding with Tian Tian Chu Hai from China to promote EBP7 to Chinese corporations seeking expansion opportunities in Malaysia.

Located on 1,195 acres of freehold land in Bukit Pelandok, Mukim Jimah, Port Dickson, EBP7 is a joint venture between EcoWorld, SD Guthrie Land Ventures Sdn Bhd and NS Corp. The industrial hub carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM3 billion and is positioned as a core component of MVV 2.0’s industrial ecosystem.

EcoWorld deputy CEO Liew Tian Xiong emphasised that modern businesses require more than physical space—they need integrated environments that enable innovation, AI-enabled operations, and long-term expansion. EBP7 is engineered specifically around these principles.

The development offers:

  • Ready-built factories

  • Industrial land parcels from 1 to 5 acres

  • SME cluster and semi-detached factory options

  • Commercial hubs for business and workforce support

Target sectors include aerospace, E&E manufacturing, biotechnology, halal industries, logistics, e-commerce and advanced manufacturing.

The project’s launch was accompanied by the EcoWorld Connects: Business Ascend Forum, which gathered industry players to discuss digital transformation, AI competitiveness and Asean trade trends. The event was officiated by Negeri Sembilan state executive councillor Teo Kok Seong.

With demand rising for integrated industrial hubs — including interest spreading from Selangor’s established industrial zones, office space demand in Bukit Jalil, and logistics-driven factory clusters in Puchong — EBP7 is expected to attract both local and regional investors.
