Berjaya Land Bhd has rolled out its latest freehold development, Bayu Timur Residences, a RM398 million condominium project located on an 8.5-acre parcel within Berjaya Park, Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. The launch took place on Thursday at the project’s sales gallery.
Berjaya Land executive director Tan Tee Ming said the new project underscores the group’s ongoing commitment to elevating the township’s appeal and long-term value.
“This launch reflects our vision of enhancing the community’s living standards. We believe Bayu Timur Residences will further revitalise the area and offer residents strong lifestyle advantages,” he added. Tan also noted that this marks the second-last development within the Berjaya Park master plan, with only one land parcel remaining for future use.
518 Homes Across Four Towers
The residential project comprises 518 units distributed across four blocks — two low-rise buildings of four storeys and two high-rise towers standing 23 storeys tall. Buyers can choose from four layout types, with sizes ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 1,280 sq ft, including dual-key configurations.
Prices start at RM500,000, with a maintenance fee of 28 sen per sq ft, inclusive of sinking fund contributions.
Each unit will be delivered with practical, ready-to-use fittings such as fully completed bathrooms, kitchen cabinets with hood and hob, digital locksets, instant water heaters, and air-conditioning units.
