KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 25) — KHK Land set a new milestone for luxury automotive events in Malaysia after hosting the inaugural Ferrari Owners’ Club Malaysia (FOCM) Day at its prestigious Anyara Hills township, drawing an unprecedented 108 Ferraris in what organisers say is the largest local assembly of owners for a live Formula 1 race viewing.
Held in conjunction with Shell’s 75-year global partnership with Scuderia Ferrari, the celebration brought together enthusiasts for a live screening of the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, showcased inside a 10,000 sq ft marquee overlooking Anyara Hills’ curated landscapes, lakes and panoramic mountain views.
Global partners including Bang & Olufsen and Shell Helix also participated, adding to the lifestyle-driven experience aligned with the township’s luxury positioning.
FOCM president Abu Rizal Bakri Datuk Sulaiman described the turnout as unprecedented.
“This is the largest gathering of Ferrari owners in Malaysia for a live F1 viewing of a televised race—without question,” he said.
Bell 505 Helicopter Takes Flight Over Semenyih Dam
Adding to the event’s exclusivity, Bell Textron showcased its Bell 505 helicopter, which conducted demonstration flights over the scenic Semenyih Dam, giving guests a unique aerial perspective of the area’s natural surroundings.
Anyara Hills as a Symbol of Luxury, Design and Aspiration
KHK Land chief operating officer Dave Hoong said the collaboration between Ferrari and Anyara Hills highlights a shared philosophy rooted in craftsmanship, elegance and high performance.
“Every line and every curve across the Anyara landscape is designed to stir emotion. Both Ferrari and Anyara appeal to individuals who demand beauty without compromising performance—those who lead with purpose,” Hoong said.
Anyara Hills has been widely positioned as a rising luxury township in the Semenyih–Beranang corridor, complementing the broader property market landscape that has also seen increased interest in urban-connected developments such as commercial property in KL, transit-oriented office space in Bukit Jalil, and investment-led choices like industrial land in Selangor, factory options in Puchong, and industrial property in the Subang area.
Ferrari Owners’ Club Malaysia Continues to Expand
Formally inducted into the global Ferrari Owners’ Club network in 2013, FOCM today has more than 200 members in Malaysia and is part of a worldwide fraternity comprising 47 clubs and around 13,000 members.
The club regularly hosts track days, lifestyle drives and international events, with FOCM Day at Anyara Hills marking one of its most memorable gatherings to date.
