KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 18): NCT Group of Companies, via its subsidiary NCT Land Sdn Bhd, has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Speedex Express Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd to enhance the logistics ecosystem within the NCT Smart Industrial Park.
Group managing director Datuk Seri Yap Ngan Choy said the partnership underscores the group’s commitment to building a future-ready industrial environment that supports long-term scalability for investors.
“Our solutions at NCT Smart Industrial Park continue to evolve in line with our vision for a next-generation industrial ecosystem. With Phase 1 nearing completion and almost fully sold, collaborating with Speedex is timely, as it strengthens our logistics backbone and improves operational efficiency for businesses operating here,” Yap said.
Speedex Becomes First Logistics Partner for the Park
Speedex is the industrial park’s first logistics provider and will deliver a full suite of services, including:

Its director, Naresh Kumar Sundram, said the company is committed to supporting the park’s growth with agile and reliable logistics solutions that align with the estate’s advanced infrastructure and digital readiness.
Malaysia’s First Certified Managed Industrial Park
The 730-hectare NCT Smart Industrial Park—launched in 2023 with a gross development value of RM7.9 billion—is Malaysia’s first certified managed industrial park. Strategically located near Port Klang and both KLIA Terminals 1 and 2, the development is being rolled out in five phases.
Its position in Selangor’s industrial corridor strengthens demand for industrial land in Selangor, especially among high-tech manufacturers and logistics operators. The park also complements the wider Klang Valley industrial ecosystem, which includes mature locations such as industrial property in the Subang area and established hubs like factory clusters in Puchong.
