Responsibilities	- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. - Lead site mobilization and logistics planning, ensuring all documentation systems are in place. - Ensure compliance with regulations, manage permits, and oversee construction adherence. - Oversea and coordinate resource management: labor, equipment, materials, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Monitor safety protocols and conduct regular quality inspections. - Control project budgets, track costs, and manage site material inventory effectively. - Provide regular, clear communication and progress reports to management and clients. - Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project challenges promptly. - Ensure smooth project handover with complete documentation and client communication. - Must be willing to be stationed at outstation locations if required for project execution. - Undertake other assigned tasks as required.

Requirements	- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or related field. - Preferably minimum 5 years of working experience in the interior design, fit-out, or renovation industry, or a related field is required for this position. - Candidate must have initiative, responsible, and able to work independently. - Willing to travel and preferably willing to work outstation as and when required.
