AHU - Replacement of Cooling Coil (Johor and Selangor)

Scope of Work:

• Site Inspection & Assessment
  Conduct detailed inspection of the existing AHU and cooling coil to assess condition, sizing, and replacement requirements.

• System Shutdown & Safety Lockout
  Safely isolate and shut down the AHU system, following proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety during works.

• Dismantling of Existing Coil
  Remove access panels and carefully disconnect chilled water or refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and supports.

• Removal of Damaged Coil
  Extract the old or leaking coil with proper handling to avoid damage to surrounding AHU components.

• Supply of New Cooling Coil
  Provide high-quality replacement coil, custom-fabricated to match AHU model and required specifications (rows, fins, capacity).

• Installation of New Coil
  Position and secure the new cooling coil in the AHU housing, ensuring correct alignment and support.

• Reconnection of Piping & Insulation
  Reconnect chilled water/refrigerant pipes with proper brazing or mechanical fittings, and apply new thermal insulation.

• Leak & Pressure Testing
  Perform leak tests and pressure checks on piping and coil connections to ensure system integrity.

• Flushing & Chemical Cleaning (if needed)
  Clean chilled water lines and coil internally to remove debris, scale, or contaminants.

• System Recommissioning
  Start up the AHU system, check flow rates, temperature differential, and airflow. Calibrate controls and thermostats as needed.

• Final Testing & Handover
  Verify performance under actual load conditions, document readings, and hand over job with test report and warranty (if applicable).
