Key Notes Phases are based on businesses’ annual revenue/sales . All invoices must be validated via the MyInvois portal or API before being issued. Each e-Invoice will contain a QR code for customers to verify. Grace/soft launch periods may apply to help businesses transition. Phased rollout ensures smooth compliance for Malaysian businesses. Get Ready Businesses should identify which phase applies to them, upgrade their accounting systems (Zoho, AutoCount, etc.), and train staff on compliance. Early preparation will avoid last-minute issues and penalties.
