Step 1 - Explore
During the initial Explore phase, a member of our team will work closely with you to define your vision and develop a comprehensive design brief. This collaborative process identifies key features for your new home, aligns with your lifestyle requirements, and establishes clear budget parameters.By investing time upfront, we ensure a well-informed foundation for the design stage—enabling us to maximise functional, aesthetic, and budgetary outcomes while identifying opportunities for added value throughout the project.
Step 2 - Design
Once the design principles and budget are confirmed, you’ll be introduced to our Design Architect, who will conduct a comprehensive design briefing. This includes a detailed review of your site conditions and desired outcomes.From there, you’ll be guided through a collaborative and creative design process featuring concept sketches, floor plans, and 3D renderings— bringing your vision to life through a home design tailored specifically to your lifestyle and site.
Step 3 - Paerwork
Once your architectural design is finalized, it will be submitted to the local council for approval. Following approval, you'll move into the exciting phase of selecting finishing materials and finalizing electrical layouts – essential steps in preparing a comprehensive quotation.Upon your acceptance of the quotation, we will prepare the contract documents for your review and signature. Relevant permits will then be lodged, setting the foundation for construction to commence.
Step 4 - Build
As construction begins, you’ll be introduced to your dedicated Site Supervisor, who will manage every aspect of your build with a focus on timelines, quality control, and attention to detail.They will provide regular progress updates to keep you informed and engaged at every stage. From groundworks to final handover, your supervisor will be your consistent point of contact, ensuring a smooth and transparent construction journey.
Step 5 - Completion
Once your home is complete, we’ll apply for the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). As soon as it’s approved, your dream home will be ready for you to move in!Vacant possession will be handed over, and you'll finally be able to step into your new space and start making unforgettable memories with your family.
