| Responsibilities | 1. Production Management: Oversee daily production of the CNC department, formulate production plans, and ensure on-time and quality completion of orders. 2. Equipment and Technology: Manage CNC equipment maintenance, debugging and technical improvement, and solve technical problems in production. 3. Team Management: Responsible for recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation of CNC operators, and improve team efficiency. 4. Quality Control: Supervise production quality to ensure compliance with standards, handle quality abnormalities and formulate preventive measures. 5. Cost and Safety: Control production material consumption and costs, implement workshop safety regulations, and avoid safety accidents. 6. Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing, R&D and other departments to ensure smooth production and report department operation status. |

| Requirements | 1. Education: College degree or above in mechanical engineering, numerical control, or related majors. 2. Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the CNC machining industry and over 3 years of team management experience. 3. Skills: Familiar with CNC equipment operation, programming, and maintenance; proficient in quality management systems (such as ISO). 4. Abilities: Possess capabilities in production planning, cost control, and problem-solving, as well as good communication and coordination skills. 5. Others: Proficient in using software like CAD/CAM; proficiency in English is preferred (commonly used in the Malaysian working environment). |
