| Responsibilities | 1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition Execute full recruitment cycle: sourcing ¡ú interview coordination ¡ú offer ¡ú onboarding. Recruit for operators, technicians, engineers, and functional roles. Conduct screening calls and assess candidate suitability (skills, attitude, culture fit). Reduce vacancy lead time and ensure timely replacement. Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks, and medical reports (if required). 2. Sourcing Strategy Utilize job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and internal database. Build long-term talent pipeline for critical skills and high-demand departments. Maintain relationship with training centers, vocational schools, and universities. Support foreign recruitment when necessary (EP / Work Permit). 3. Hiring Coordination Liaise closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs and job criteria. Prepare interview schedule, follow up feedback, and drive decision completion. Ensure smooth onboarding: documents, orientation, reporting. 4. Recruitment Compliance Ensure hiring process complies with Malaysia Employment Act, IR principles, and company policy. Maintain accurate recruitment documents and employee files. Protect candidate confidentiality and data privacy. 5. Reporting & KPI Tracking Track recruitment metrics: vacancy aging, lead time, hiring cost, offer acceptance. Provide weekly/monthly hiring status to HR Manager and Management. Support manpower planning and headcount forecast. |

| Requirements | Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years HR experience in talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong sourcing capability and familiarity with job portals (Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn). Able to assess candidate skills, work attitude, and culture fit. Good communication in English; Mandarin is an advantage (for China candidates/suppliers). Responsible, proactive, organized, and able to handle pressure. Strong understanding of Malaysia HR legal framework. |
