Responsibilities	Participate in structured training and departmental rotation programs. Support daily operational and administrative activities within assigned departments. Assist in monitoring production efficiency, workflow, and operational performance. Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives. Coordinate with departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, HR, and Planning. Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and operational records. Learn company systems, manufacturing processes, and management practices. Participate in projects and assignments assigned by supervisors and management.
