Notice on Mandatory Use of Wooden Frames and Pallets for Liquid Cargo

Dear Customer,

Greetings!

Due to several recent incidents involving leakage of liquid cargo during transportation—caused by the absence of proper wooden framing and palletizing—which resulted in contamination of other customers’ goods and significant losses, we are implementing the following policy to enhance cargo safety:

Effective immediately, all liquid cargo—including bottled, canned, or other forms of packaging—must be secured with wooden frames and placed on pallets for shipping. This requirement applies to all shipment batches without exception.

Please be advised that our company will not be held responsible for any leakage, contamination, claims, or related losses caused by failure to comply with this packaging standard. The sender will bear full responsibility for any such issues.
