To protect the interests of our clients’ goods during transportation, the following insurance and compensation terms are provided. Clients are requested to read and understand these terms before shipment.

1. Transport Insurance (Optional)
Clients may choose to purchase transport insurance.
The insurance premium rate is 5% of the declared cargo value.
1.1 Coverage
• Insurance only covers loss of goods during transportation.
• The insurance does not cover the following:
• Physical damage or exterior defects
• Breakage, crushing, or deformation
• Damage due to improper packaging
• Functional or operational damage of products
• Natural wear, moisture, oxidation, or temperature-related spoilage
• Fragile goods damaged due to insufficient protection
1.2 Compensation
• If insurance is purchased and goods are confirmed lost during transit, the insurance will provide full compensation based on the declared value.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Compensation for Goods Without Insurance
If clients do not purchase insurance and goods are lost in transit, our maximum compensation is as follows:
2.1 Maximum Compensation
• USD 100
or
• Three times the shipping fee of the shipment,
whichever is lower.
2.2 Exclusions
Without insurance, we do not compensate for:
• Damage, breakage, deformation, or water ingress
• Losses caused by improper packaging
• Customs inspection delays, seizures, or fines
• Losses due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, war, strikes)
2.3 Shipping Fee
• Regardless of insurance purchase, shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure that the declared cargo value is true and accurate, and that goods are properly packed. False declaration, prohibited goods, or concealment of goods may result in rejection of any compensation claims.

4. Compensation Procedure
In the event of lost goods, clients must provide the following to initiate a claim:
1. Waybill or tracking number
2. Cargo declaration list
3. Proof of declared value (invoice, payment record, etc.)
4. Photos of goods and packaging (if available)
We will assist clients in submitting claims to the insurance company or internal review department. Compensation processing time depends on the handling procedures.

Delivery of goods to our company signifies that the client has read, understood, and accepted these transport insurance and compensation terms.
