This hood latch assembly is an aftermarket replacement commonly used for Perodua compact cars such as Kancil, Kelisa, and Kenari.
Although the reference code 53510-87Z01 originally belongs to Suzuki APV, the Malaysian aftermarket widely adopts it due to its compatible mounting layout and latch mechanism.
It fits well on Kancil and Kelisa without modification, while Kenari may require slight striker alignment.
