Hot & Roll Shoplot Design and Build

We had the opportunity to collaborate with Hot & Roll, a well-known local food and beverage brand, to design and construct one of their new shoplots. The goal was to create a functional, inviting, and brand-aligned space that enhances the customer experience while optimizing operational flow for staff.

Scope of Work:

• Concept Development: We worked closely with the client to understand their brand identity, product offerings, and customer demographics. This helped us craft a design concept that reflects the fun, fast, and fresh nature of the Hot & Roll brand.

• Interior and Exterior Design: Our team developed the layout, materials palette, and visual elements to ensure a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with Hot & Roll's branding. This included custom signage, counter design, and seating layout (if applicable).

• Construction & Fit-Out: From start to finish, we managed the construction process, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finishes. Emphasis was placed on durability and hygiene to meet food industry standards.

• Branding Integration: Key brand colors, icons, and messaging were integrated seamlessly into the design to enhance visibility and customer recognition.

• Project Delivery: The project was completed on time and within budget, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth transition to business operations.
